Representative Assignments: Participation in design of a 5.0 MGD water reclamation plant, a 1.0 MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant expansion with nitrification and denitrification, a 0.25 MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant expansion, an 18,000 gpd onsite wastewater subsurface disposal facility; and several industrial wastewater flow metering and treatment facilities; construction engineering for a 5.0 MGD water reclamation plant; preparation and critical review of CEQA documents; preparation of hydraulic network analyses; performance of hydrologic and hydraulic calculations in conjunction with litigation; preparation of cost analyses and feasibility studies relating to drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment and industrial waste pretreatment programs; development and implementation of plans to achieve compliance with drinking water, wastewater and stormwater quality monitoring and pollution prevention regulations; preparation of annual drinking water quality reports; development of cross-connection control programs; development and implementation of municipal industrial waste pretreatment programs and training of client pretreatment staff; performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; design and review of soil and groundwater monitoring programs for waste disposal facilities and underground storage tanks; preparation of specifications for removal and aboveground replacement of underground storage tanks; service as expert witness in litigated matters involving wastewater and groundwater contamination; preparation of a water system improvement plan for a small Southern California water district.
