Representative Assignments: Design and preparation of contract documents (construction drawings and specifications) for various public works projects, including pipelines, water storage reservoirs, sewage lift stations, potable and recycled water booster stations, hydropneumatic systems, grading plans, and wastewater treatment facilities. Administration of contract documents for water and sewer lines, water storage reservoirs and surface water treatment facilities. Construction observation for public works construction projects, including water storage reservoirs, street improvements, water and sewer lines, and well drilling. Plan checking for water storage reservoirs and water and sewer lines. Design of storm drain and surface runoff improvements. Wind turbine design and permitting process. Preparation of CEQA documents and other detailed engineering feasibility reports and cost estimates to apply for federal funding. Preparation of expert witness testimony and exhibits for ground water impact and water rights litigation. Surveying, including aerial topography targeting, topographic surveying, construction staking, and boundary surveying and monumentation. Digital terrain modeling and mapping using AutoCAD and Geodimeter software. Preparation of legal descriptions and plats, including research of land ownership and past transfers of title.
